Floral & Pink

Hello all,

This is the outfit I wore last Saturday to the Into The West Blogger Event. I got lots of messages asking where each item was from so hopefully this post will be helpful to some of you :) My favorite part of this outfit are the trousers, mainly because they are the most comfortable trousers I own. They're like pyjama bottoms, and who doesn't like wearing pyjama bottoms. I also got quite a good discount on them, as they were originally €35 but I got them for €27 with double student discount on Thursdays in Only. So fellow students remember that one. Hope you like it :)

Shirt - Stradivarius, €19.95
Trousers- ONLY, €27
Belt- Penneys, €2
Hat- New Look, €15
Necklace- H&M , €12.95
Bag- Penneys, €11
Heels- Penneys, €15

Leather & Feathers

Hello all,

I always find it kind of funny taking these more 'dressy' Outfit Posts around the house, growing up I definitely never thought I'd be trekking through the yard & dodging the animal droppings in my heels but that's the oh so glamorous life of living on a farm :) I wore this outfit on a college night out a few weeks back so I thought we'd take a few photos of it (It was also the only clean outfit that was available to me). Hope you enjoy it :)

Sunglasses & Daffodils

Hello all!

Well it's been a while since that burning fire ball peaked out so as soon as I saw it had graced us with it's presence I knew it was time for an Outfit Post. We luckily live in an absolutely beautiful area, surrounded by green fields (thank you parents for choosing to live here) , and it looks even nicer in the sun :) You might spot our cows in the background of some photos, oh the agricultural life ! You will also , most definitely spot lots & lots of daffodils. Those things are everywhere. I also purposely sat beside them. Anyway, myself & my sister Bernie had great craic shooting this today so I hope you enjoy :)

Pleather Joggers & Stripes

Hello all!

I have a slight obsession with pleather these days, so much so that I now own these pleather joggers! They are essentially the same shape as regular jogger tracksuit bottoms only in a pleather material. It all sounds so wrong I know but I don't care I just love them. I saw similar pairs on some fellow bloggers and thought they were so cool but I didn't think I was brave enough to give them a go. Then I saw these in Penneys for only €13 and I thought why not. I am so happy I got them because they are so flippin' comfortable my goodness! I forgot what it's like to wear pants that weren't in a skinny cut! Anyway that is enough blathering, here's the outfit, I hope you like it :)

(I had to throw these two in, it's good craic taking photos with my sister, thanks again Bernie for putting up with me :) )

New Additions

Hello all,

This week myself and a few of my college friends went into Dublin for a spot of shopping. I say shopping but what it really consisted of was us standing in awe in the Disney shop and drinking hot chocolate. There was also a trip to Dublin Ink where three of us got piercings as you do, mine was extremely spur of the moment ( thank you Vanessa for my education on the human ear)but no harm. I had never seen the Christmas lights in the big Smoke ( what a cluchie) so I definitely went home in a very Christmassy mood. Ironically most of things I bought that day were black..oops!
Here are some of the recent things that have sneaked into my wardrobe :)

1) Green Velvet Top - €5, Penneys

I love velvet and I love this shade of green so when I saw this top reduced from €13 to just €5 I had to have it. It is slightly longer than the average crop top which I also love as I don't really think the normal crop top suits me. I can't wait to wear it with high waisted jeans!

2) Pleather Joggers- Primark, €13

These are a bit odd & I don't know why I love them but I just do. I have gone mad for anything pleather-esque (which you will see in a bit)lately and these were no exception. I live in skinny jeans so it's nice to wear something with a different shape to them.

3) Pack of 5 Glitter Socks- Penneys, €3.50

I love glitter and I love socks so I most definitely love glitter socks. I like to wear these 'fancier' socks - meaning not my odd ones that my family and housemates always see, for wearing with ankles boots or my converse. I think it's nice to just have them peeking up from your shoes :)

 4) Pleather Pencil Skirt - New Look, €16.99

I love the shape of this skirt and although it isn't the most flattering of materials, especially when skin tight I somehow don't really mind ( I probably should but whatevs). I have been on the hunt for a skirt like this for too long and I was so happy to find it in New Look. I can see it becoming a staple for college nights out.

5) Pleather Skater Skirt- Boohoo, €15

Yes pleather again, I'm sorry. I mentioned I was looking for a pleather skater skirt in my latest wishlist post and thankfully Boohoo saved the day. This skirt has a lovely shape to it and I like the way it sort of ...well sticks out ! A handy thing to throw on and make it look like you put in an effort!

6) Floral Peplum Skirt- €20, second hand

I love this skirt so much. I am so late on the whole peplum thing but better late than never as they say. I bought this second hand from fellow Irish fashion blogger Retro Flame. It is originally Zara but I got it for just €20 which is amazing for a Zara piece. I can't wait to wear it :)

That's all for now folks, I hope you saw something you like and have better self control than me :)
Til next time,

Firstly I must apologise for the lack of outfit posts but with being away in Berlin & silly death inducing assignments in college I've been a busy bee. Anyway enough of that here's an outfit that I wore while on holidays in Berlin. I had such an amazing weekend with my sisters and cousins Róisín and Áine. It was abolutely jam packed but we managed to fit in a quick outfit post one morning featuring my crazy floral pants, I hope you like it :)

Boots: Penneys/Primark €22

Purple and Velvet

Hello all,

It was absolutely freezing outside when myself and my very helpful Mum shot this look. I have a week off college this week and I'm really enjoying being home and ignoring all the course work that I have to do. Yesterday though I went into town and  I got a few bits for a very last minute Halloween costume. This was what I wore in an attempt to stay warm.  I hope you like it.
Happy Halloween :)

Coat- H&M, €45

I love this coat so much. The natural room in this more oversized coat makes it really easy to layer which is always handy

Sparkly Hat- Tesco, a present from my sister.

This is so cosy and warm and the grey colour will go with almost anything!

Purple T-shirt- New Look, €8

I really like how big this t-shirt is because it means you can wear it with leggings and still have all the vital areas covered ..did I really just really vital areas?

Necklace- Awear , €5

I bought this necklace years ago in a sale and it has to be one of favourite necklaces, it's so cute!

Cut Out Boots- Penneys/Primark €22

These boots are so comfy to walk in I am so impressed. Today I wore them with dark green socks to have a small bit of colour coming through.

Bag- Penneys/Primark €11

This is such a handy bag for throwing all your bits & bobs into. The nude shade also goes with a majority of outfits- win win :)

Velvet Leggings- E-bay, €12

I am a sucker for velvet so when I saw these bad boys I had to have them.
They are so comfortable & soft and they add just a little extra to a simple outfit.

That's all for now folks

We're all going to see The Lord of the Rings accompanied by the RTÉ orchestra in the the O2 tonight( very excited). Thankfully though my sister & I shot this outfit post but never got around to uploading it, so my blog hasn't been neglected. I hope you like it :)

Tulip Navy Dress - €40, Swamp
I love this dress , it has a lovely subtle pattern on it

Clutch- €11, Penneys/Primark

Sparky Heels - €45, Guna Nua
These shoes can be a bit hard to walk in by the end of the night but they're pretty so who cares!

Necklace- €5, Penneys/Primark

Hope you are all well,
